Information We Collect

When you contact us for a quote or to book a spray foam removal, we collect the details you give us. That normally includes your name, phone number, email address, and the address of the property where the work is needed.

If you call us on 0147 246 0146, we may keep a note of your number and a short summary of what you asked us to do. We don't collect payment card details over the phone. If you pay by bank transfer or card in person, your bank or card provider handles that information under their own privacy terms.

How We Use Information

We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit, provide a quote, and carry out the spray foam removal work you've asked for.

We also use your contact information to keep you updated about your job, send an invoice, and follow up after the work is done. If you've asked us to, we may send you occasional updates about our services. You can tell us to stop at any time and we'll take you off the list.

Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies to help it work properly and to understand how visitors use it. A cookie is a small file stored on your device. It doesn't give us access to your device or any personal files.

You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If you turn cookies off, some parts of our website may not work as smoothly. We don't use cookies to collect sensitive personal information.

Analytics and Third-Party Tools

We use analytics tools to see which pages are popular and how people find us. These tools collect anonymous information such as your approximate location, the device you're using, and the pages you visit. We don't use them to identify you personally.

We may also use third-party services for things like website hosting, email, and scheduling. These providers only see the information they need to do their job, and they're required to keep it confidential.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted suppliers who help us run the business, such as our accountant or the software we use to manage bookings. They only get what they need to provide that service.

We may share information if the law requires it, for example to comply with a court order or to protect the safety of our team or the public. If we ever sell or transfer the business, your details may be passed to the new owner under the same privacy commitments.

Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need it. For quotes that don't turn into jobs, we usually delete your details after 12 months. For completed jobs, we keep records for up to 6 years so we can handle any warranty or accounting matters.

When we no longer need your information, we delete it securely or anonymise it so it can't be linked back to you.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. That includes storing paper records in a locked office, using password-protected devices, and limiting access to only the people who need it to do their job.

No system is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your details and we'll let you know promptly if there's ever a problem that affects your information.

Your Rights

You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that's wrong, and to ask us to delete it where we don't have a legal reason to keep it. You can also object to how we use your information or ask us to restrict it.

To make a request, just call or email us using the contact details below. We'll respond within one month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Children's Privacy

Our services are for homeowners and businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, please contact us and we'll delete the information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law or how we work. The latest version will always be on our website, with the effective date at the top.

If we make a significant change that affects how we use your personal information, we'll make it clear on this page.
